If you are unhappy with your order a refund of the full purchase price will be issued for all unused items returned to Thompson's. We do not charge a restocking fee, but the customer is responsible for any/all shipping fees incurred in transporting the item(s) back and forth between locations. We are not responsible for sizing mistakes! Feel free to ask for help when placing your order if you have any questions about the sizing of our products.
Saddle Return Policy
We allow new and used saddles to be returned. If a saddle does not fit the horse and/or rider, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price as soon as it is returned and inspected by an employee. A full refund can only be issued if the saddle is returned to us in equally-new condition. Customer is responsible for all insured shipping fees. Note: There will be a surcharge for all saddles not returned in equally-new condition. Please take care in packing saddles approprately for shipment.
A full credit will be issued to your credit card upon arrival of the shipped items at our store location. All returned items will be inspected by a store employee to determine if it has been returned to us in equally-new condition (no scuffs, tears, dirt, horsehair, etc.). Any items that are returned to us with apparent use will be evaluated and customer will be issued a refund based on its condition.
